Monday, September 8, 2025. Mornings with CLine.
Day 2.
It’s been almost 5 years since I’ve had a job other than SAHM. Today is another day one for me… First morning at my new JOB!
It seems like there are a lot of Day Ones in my life… that’s exciting though! I’m 39 and still get butterflies when it comes to new things. This is no exception.
Honestly, though, I’m learning to love this feeling. That anticipation of the unknown… nothing really set in stone, just another day of trial and error.
I will say, as previously stated, my mornings haven’t been the fastest to start lately. However, today… I was up with the sun, actually, the full blood moon… She was pretty.
I think that’s a good sign for my day… which is about to start. 9:26 and I’m leaving here in an hour after making sure Monkey is up and moving.. or at least grunts at me to let me know he will wake up for school on his own. This is also day one for him without Mom at home to do EVERYTHING for him… I think I’m more curious as to how many times he calls me for something! lol, I love it. I will never take having him home with me for granted… another story for another day.
I will report back after today- now I just have to figure out how dinner will get done (easily & quickly)… spaghetti.
8:00pm.
Ya Girl is tired! Great first day! Full roster of projects ready to tackle. It’s a nice switch up, being the one gone all day! 🙂
